Polytechnique. I’ve forgotten. It’s crazy that I can’t remember. Was the bullet here or here? It was here. That was the last one (points at forehead). I understand because of the angle of the bullets in my body. That’s how I know I turned round. Turned 360 degrees. One from the front, another from behind, the third in my head. It’s crazy trying to understand the movement, what the choreography was like. To understand what was going on with my body. BFI Blu-ray edition. Includes ‘Polytechnique: Ce qu’il reste du 6 décembre’ documentary. Ice-cold and harrowing. Like a Bergman atrocity tape, with a weird science fiction vibe. A film about the future, after all.
