Unfortunately, in less than 12 hours, I have SOLD OUT of my entire consignment of this book, specifically provided for overseas customers.
I’m very sorry that I can’t lay my hands on any more copies.
In the meantime, US and Canada customers can still order directly from Nine-Banded Books, where the book is still available.
I want to say thank you to Nine-Banded for letting me sell these export copies.
